Great location. 10 minutes (or less) walk from Alexanderplatz station, which meant we were well connected to the city. Room was quite good - well kept, clean and modern. Not a massive room, but had enough space for luggage for my wife and I for our 3 day stay. Excellent breakfast served each morning! Well worth it when fuelling up for big days out in the city. Although, the breakfast area does get very busy and chaotic between probably 8 and 9am. They also start breakfast at 6:30 each morning, which was great for out last day when we needed to get to the airport in the morning.

Great position - so close to everything and great public transport links. Easy 20 minute walk to Museum Island and 5 - 10 minute walk to s - bahn and u - bahn and bus and tram. The hotel was comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was generous and was open for a good amount of time each day. It then became a restautrant/bad area that was open until late. We had a great stay - and Berlin was amazing

Breakfast was good as usual, Although the breakfast room was quite crowded the staff succeeded very well to clean tables ready for next to come.

The breakfast was fantastic. They kept the restaurant open from 6 AM to 11 AM. This was really helpful. Also, the restaurant is open till 2 AM for a late dinner. You needn't go anywhere for your untimely carvings! Most locations are accessible by foot. WiFi is pretty strong and there was no 'password' fuss. TV channel showed at least one English Sports channel. There might be more, I haven't checked. The room lighting was good, the window was very wide and charming. The bed was super comfortable, I had a great sleep. The room rent is a bit higher considering the size.

+ if the hotel parking is free, lucky you are, price is 20€ per night, and it is super comfortable + on the ground floor there is a bar with hot pizza, which is open till late hours + friendly staff + excellent location, very close to many of sightseeings

Very nice hotel in an excellent location in Berlin. Very close to several attractions and metro station. Restaurants, the Alexa mall, the Berlinner, all really close to the hotel. The breakfast had a good variety of fruit, juice, a coffee machine, bread, cheese, and other items. The bed was very comfortable, towels and bed linen soft and clean. Staff was very nice with us too. Internet worked well, although we did not use it a lot, since we we were on vacation :-)

Very good location - right next to the Alexanderplatz. Close to public transport station - you can directly reach in and out from airport, also commute around the city from there. The restaurant (actually more a snack bar) open 24hrs. Friendly and helpful staff.

Location of hotel is great. Short walk to river and museums. Lots of options for public transport nearby. The hotel breakfast is good with choice of hot and cold food which is replenished regularly. Served between 6.30 and 11.00am but it does get busy at peak times so may have to wait for a seat. Nice bar in the sister hotel next door which serves a better choice of food.

This hotel has everything you need. A great bed, an even more amazing shower (yes, the shower is definitely amazing!), a great breakfast (plenty of everything) and you can even order stuff to eat and drink 24/7. What is better than somewhere else? So the food part, the fact that the room is actually sound proof and most definitely the shower! Of course it is also great that the hotel is near the Berlin hbf, the Brandenburger Gate, etc..
